what we lose: revenue ceilings, and the ability to take on huge multi-stream engagements. what we gain: every project is led by the people who'll be doing the work. no sales-to-delivery handoff. no junior team buried inside an org chart. the person who wrote the proposal is the person debugging it on launch day.
we also build our own products. the ordinary skills and the creators company keep us honest about the difference between making things and shipping them. you can't bullshit your own customers — they leave.
